The Event Manager is the person who plans and executes the event. Event managers and their teams are often behind-the-scenes running the event. Event managers may also be involved in more than just the planning and execution of the event, but also brand building, marketing and communication strategy.

The event manager is experts at the creative, technical and logistical elements that help an event succeed. This includes event design, audio-visual production, scriptwriting, logistics, budgeting, negotiation and, of course, client service. It is a multi-dimensional profession.

The Event Manager may become involved at the early initiation stages of the event. If the Event Manager has budget responsibilities at this early stage they maybe termed an Event or Production Executive. The early stages include:

Student Entrepreneurship Program (STEP) was developed by Innovate Smart to enhance the creativity among the school students in business development.

As we know, Peperiksaan Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) is an important examination for all students in year 6. The purpose of this program is to help students be prepared with the skills and technique of answering the exam before they go to the real examination.

The main objectives of this program are to give support to the students to be an excellent student and to give the input about the methods and techniques to answering the questions in all subjects which are in Mathematic, Science, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

On 19th of April 2009, we had organized this program at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) from 8 a.m until 6.30 p.m. We invited the professional motivator / speakers that have an experienced over than 10 years in conducting this program.
